Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 72 hours), your exchange order will be processed and shipped according to our regular timelines.
Refunds for eligible orders are issued within 7 business days to your original payment method and may take up to 10 working days to appear in your account.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your return or exchange is completed.
Standard size jackets can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Customized or made-to-measure jackets can only be returned for alteration, not for a full refund.
Products must be returned in unused, undamaged, and resellable condition, with all original tags and packaging included.
We reserve the right to decline returns or refunds that don’t meet these conditions.
In case of receiving a wrong or defective product, please contact us within 2 business days of receiving your order so we can resolve it quickly.
Customers are responsible for the shipping charges when returning an item. All returns, alterations, and adjustments for custom-made orders are handled by our manufacturing unit in Pakistan, and we will share the complete return address when needed.
For custom-made jackets, our tailoring team reviews your provided measurements carefully. If the fit differs upon arrival, we offer one free alteration to ensure the jacket fits you perfectly. If any additional changes are required after the first alteration, a small fee may apply.
Everything related to returns and alterations will be processed through the same manufacturing unit to maintain quality and consistency.
Every custom jacket is handcrafted exclusively for you — from the material and lining to the fit and finishing.
Before dispatch, we can share pictures of your final product for your approval. This ensures you’re happy with the design, quality, and craftsmanship before shipping.
Because each custom jacket is made specifically to your measurements and preferences, we cannot accept refunds on custom orders once production begins.
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
After 24 hours, cancellations are no longer possible because the jacket-making process has already started.
If the order has been shipped, you’ll need to receive it and follow the return process if eligible.
If a specific delivery timeline has been agreed upon and production has begun to meet that commitment, the order will be treated as time-sensitive, and cancellation will not be possible.
